My whole life has been immersed in the art of movement, and for over a decade, it has been the foundation of my professional career. Dance was my first love, and strength training became my second. After transitioning from performing to teaching, I wanted a new way to challenge myself physically and stay connected to my own growth as a mover. Strength training became that outlet, helping me rediscover balance, appreciate my body for what it can do, understand nutrition for full-body function (while still being able to enjoy my favourite foods), and see self-care as strength.

I know what it feels like to feel trapped in your own body — to fluctuate, feel insecure, and not know where to start. That experience is what drives my approach today. Through Aligned with Jenna, I help women build strength, posture, and confidence through mindful, sustainable movement. I believe every woman’s body and lifestyle are unique, and that real progress comes from balance, consistency, and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel capable, strong, and supported, both in your training and in your daily life, while developing habits that last far beyond our work together.

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, I combine evidence-based training with mindful movement inspired by my dance background, rooted in alignment, strength, and self-compassion. I believe strength and femininity are not opposites; they coexist.
